Important: KORDON.online is an independent information service. It is not an official government service and does not represent any state authority of Ukraine or any other country. Border queue data is informational only and may differ from the actual situation. It is collected from open official sources — dpsu.gov.ua, granica.gov.pl, kordon.customs.gov.ua — and the nakordoni.eu aggregator.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the Kordon Online app for Android or iPhone ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Service description

The app shows real-time information about queues at Ukraine's border crossing points: waiting times and forecasts, checkpoint details and reviews, bus carrier information, a border map and related news. All information is provided "as is", for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep the data accurate but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or availability. Always follow the instructions of border and customs authorities.

3. Intellectual property

All materials, design and code of KORDON.online are our property or are used under licence.

4. Acceptable use

Automated data collection (scraping) without our permission is prohibited.
Use of the service for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
Attempts to disrupt the operation of the service are prohibited.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
